• How long does the delivery usually take?

The delivery time depends on your shipping carrier.

EMS shipping takes 2 to 7 days to arrive.

Small packet and K-packet usually take 2 to 4 weeks.

Lastly, Air Parcel Post usually takes 1 to 3 week(s).

Please note that delivery can sometimes be delayed, taking a few more weeks than usual.

• How much is the shipping cost?

The shipping cost depends on the package's weight, destination country and carrier. Please add your items into the cart. Our system will automatically show your shipping cost after you decide items and shipping address.

• How do I track my package?

After shipping your package, we will send you an e-mail notifying your tracking number. You may trace your package’s whereabouts on this website: https://www.17track.net/en.

Please note that tracking is available only for K-packet, EMS and Air Parcel Post; small packet has no tracking code. Also, it might take some time until your tracking code is updated on the server of postal service. If your code has not been activated, please give it a try a few hours later.

• Advice for safe delivery

In some regions, like the Philipines and Middle East countries, postal service does not deliver the package to your doorstep. If the package does not arrive in time, please check with your local post office and claim your package. You might need to visit the post office and pick up the parcel for yourself.

For the shipment to a Middle East country, it is also recommended that you leave your P.O Box number in your shipping address. It is more likely that they will inform you of the package's arrival when it arrives at the local post office.

Lastly, the postal service sometimes does not deliver the package and keep it at the post office if the recipient is absent at the moment of delivery. If the package does not arrive in timely manner, please check the local post office before they return your package back to us.

• Extra tax charge by the customs

We mark our packages as a gift and try to declare it less in order to avoid extra tax charge by the customs office. It does not always work, however, since taxation rules and regulation vary among countries. In case the customs charges you an extra tax, we cannot take responsibility for it.

How to use voucher code 

You can collection points of maximum 3 % of total items' price . (Minium purchase is over 10 USD, though)

You points will be available after shipping. You can transform points to vouchers from Earn Rewards menu.

Your points are valid for 365 days. You cannot transform points to vouchers after 365 days after payment date.

Please use your vouchers in right time. points can be expired. They are not in your account forever.

We do keep order information of 365 days only for better performance. You can check your payment information for 2 years.

Shipping cost depends on order weight, shipping method, the region of country in which packages would be sent. Shipping cost includes handling charge.
